These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website virgilhq.com and any products or digital content you buy from us ("Products"). By using the Site or buying a Product you agree to these Terms.

2. The Products

We sell digital educational content, including the Life-Changing AI Blueprint and related guides, templates and prompts. Products are delivered in digital form (e.g. PDF download, email links, or hosted pages).

Product descriptions on the Site are provided in good faith. We use best efforts to keep them accurate, but we do not guarantee any specific business result, income, or outcome from using them. Results depend on your own effort, skill and circumstances.

3. Price and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars ($) unless otherwise stated.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
By clicking the purchase button you authorise us (via Stripe) to charge your chosen payment method for the amount shown at checkout.
Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by these Terms.

4. Delivery

You will receive access to your Product immediately after your payment is confirmed, usually within a few minutes, by email and/or an on-screen download link. If you have not received access within 24 hours, please email virgil@virgilhq.com.

5. 30-day money-back guarantee

If you're not happy, we'll refund you. Within 30 days of your purchase, email virgil@virgilhq.com with the email address you used to buy and we'll process a full refund — no hoops, no interrogation.

Because our Products are digital content delivered immediately, by purchasing you agree that the supply of the content begins straight away, and you acknowledge that this voluntary 30-day guarantee is provided in addition to (not in replacement of) your statutory consumer rights.

6. Licence to use the Products

When you buy a Product we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Product for your own business and learning. You may not:

Resell, redistribute, or share the Product with people who have not paid for it;
Publish it on a public website or file-sharing service;
Use it to create a directly competing product;
Remove any copyright or branding from the Product.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the Site and in the Products (including text, images, logos, and code) is owned by VirgilHQ or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

8. Acceptable use of the Site

When using the Site you agree not to:

Use it for any unlawful purpose;
Attempt to access it through automated scraping or to disrupt its operation;
Upload or submit any material that is defamatory, infringing, or malicious.

9. Disclaimers

The Products are provided for educational purposes only. They do not constitute legal, financial, investment, tax, or professional advice. You are responsible for the decisions you make after reading them, and for complying with the laws and regulations that apply to your own business.

The Site and Products are provided "as is". We do not warrant that the Site will always be available or error-free.

10. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

Subject to that, our total liability to you arising out of or in connection with a Product is limited to the amount you paid for that Product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost revenue, or lost business opportunity.

11. Changes

We may change these Terms from time to time. The version that applies to your purchase is the one displayed at the time of your purchase. For ongoing Site use, the version on the Site at the time of access applies.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You and we agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where you are a UK consumer and local mandatory law gives you the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
